This is just a short note to tell you how sorry I was that I couldn’t visit my old summer home this week. Unfortunately, my husband got a bad cold on our trip, and we only got as far as Nevada before we returned to California.

I am enclosing copies of some Blue Ridge memories I saved since the 1940’s, and a page I wrote to my granddaughter, Emmy, relating to camp, among other things. I was going to hand these to you in person, but not they’ll have to reach you by mail…To read more click here!
